By accessing and using the English Word Reform Initiative (EWRI) website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. User Conduct
You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to take any action that might compromise the security of the site, render the site inaccessible to others, or otherwise cause damage to the site or the content.
3. User Content
You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in that content. In short, what belongs to you stays yours. However, by uploading content, you grant EWRI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display such content.
4. Intellectual Property
The site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by EWRI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
5. Termination
We may terminate your access to the site, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with you.
